É com grande satisfação que organizamos e participamos desse
fórum.
Há 8 anos denunciamos a revolução nazista do Euromaidan, e
defendemos as repúblicas populares do Donbass. Putin as reconheceu e começou a
defende-los muito tarde, depois de quase 15 mil mortos.
Estamos muito felizes em poder compartilhar uma transmissão
e vídeo com camaradas como Greg do jornal La Lucha, nós acompanhamos o bom
trabalho que fazem em defesa do povo do Donbass e de lutadores como os do
Borotba. Concordo contigo que a guerra está separando o joio do trigo, como a primeira
e a segunda guerra também fizeram. Nós nos juntaremos a campanha: "parem
as mentiras da guerra" do SUP.
Ficamos felizes em reencontrar o camarada Gerry Downin,
apesar de estarmos em organizações distintas hoje.
É mais uma vez uma satisfação estar com meus camaradas GM da
Argentina e Ian do Reino Unido.
Ficamos felizes em reencontrar os camaradas do KED grego, e
achei brilhante a crítica que o camarada do grego acabou de fazer ao
mecanicismo do esquerdismo liberal de transpor, com preguiça de pensar, a
situação da primeira guerra para o tempo presente.
Sejam bem-vindos os camaradas do grupo bolchevique da coreia
do sul, e temos prazer em conhecer os camradas do DIP Turco.
Lamentavelmente eu não falo inglês e o camarada Vinícius do
Brasil está aqui para me ajudar, assim como o meu novo amigo Davey. Antes que
eu me esqueça, nós apoiaremos a posição de Robert Montgomery por um novo
Zimerwald, acho que meus camaradas da LCFI tem pleno acordo com isso.
E é um imenso prazer conhecer o camarada Alan, da BT.
Nós consideramos que a caracterização de que a Rússia
realiza uma guerra justa e defensiva (como o camarada do DIP da Turquia acaba
de afirmar) contra o imperialismo só pode nascer de organizações que melhor
aprenderam com o método do trotskismo, que nasceram no defensismo
revolucionário de Trotsky em suas batalhas políticas contra a pequena burguesia
dentro do movimento trotskista, no início da 2ª guerra mundial.
Agora estamos às vésperas da 3ª guerra mundial e achamos
necessário resgatar fortemente ao legado defensista revolucionário, agora que
precisamos desmascarar a propaganda de guerra imperialista, propaganda
propagada também pela fração pequeno burguesa e pró-imperialista, pró-OTAN e
pró-AUKUS do trotskismo.
Há 30 anos nós nos inspiramos da posição defensista e
audaciosa da IBT em agosto de 1991. A partir de 2008, a IBT capitulou a pressão
do imperialismo anglo-saxão e passou a caracterizar a Rússia como nação
imperialista. Mas a Rússia é um país atrasado e dependente. O Produto Interno Bruto
da Rússia (GDP) é do tamanho do GDP do Brasil, depois que o Brasil sofreu um
golpe de estado, uma pandemia e um governo Bolsonaro que afundaram a economia
brasileira. A Rússia não exerce dominação imperialista sobre nenhum povo. Para
nós, a Rússia nem é uma potência capitalista, porque afinal, não exerce poder
sobre os outros povos pelo seu capital, mas pela dependência que o mundo tem da
matriz energética de petróleo e gás. Mas a Rússia não é igual ao Brasil ou a
Índia porque ao voltar para o capitalismo, havia resolvido tarefas que países
semicoloniais como o Brasil e Índia não resolveram, e isso a torna um país
capitalista diferente, embora capitalista e onde é necessário uma nova
revolução social.
A IBT provavelmente é uma das correntes percussoras da
caracterização de que a Rússia é imperialista no trotskismo, um truque baixo
para não se opor ao imperialismo, põe um
sinal de igual entre o oprimido e o opressor, um truque tão baixo como o de
renunciar a defesa do Iraque, da Líbia ou da Síria contra o imperialismo sob a
justificativa devido ao suposto caráter não democrático desses governos. Isso
não tem nada a ver com o marxismo, Trotsky disse que ficaria até com o
semi-fascista Getúlio Vargas contra a democrática Inglaterra. Então, o que nos
interessa aqui não é o regime de Putin, contra o qual os trabalhadores
precisarão se levantar um dia para retomar o curso da revoluçao de 1917, mas
não podem se deixar manipular pela CIA, que pode recorrer até ao tradeunismo, a
fim de criar mais uma revolução colorida.
Desde a LCFI reconhecemos o papel importante da BT como
herdeira progressiva do IBT, quando da sua posição acerca do golpe de agosto de
1991. Também reconhecemos a posição avançada dos camaradas de BT na oposição ao
imperialismo hoje. Posições duplamente avançada vindo de dentro dos próprios
países imperialistas e suportando a pressão. Mas precisamos regristrar que a
TBI se desfaz após 25 anos sem ter avançado organicamente durante esse período
e penso que o fato de que não ter criado seções além dos centros imperialistas
se deve a herança perniciosa da política pró-imperialista do espartaquismo que
não conseguiu ganhar aos comunistas das semicolônias e por isso ficou preso
organizativamente em uma espécie de sectarismo conservador.
Então, como entendemos no LCFI, nós precisamos compreender a
questão da guerra atual a partir do defensismo revolucionário anti-imperialista
e das concepções do permantismo revolucionário no século XXI, como vai explicar
melhor meu camarada GM da Argentina.
Pelo fim da OTAN, morte ao imperialismo e vida longa ao
marxismo revolucionário!

we denounced the Nazi Euromaidan revolution, and defended the people's
republics of Donbass. Putin recognized them and started defending them very

We consider
that the characterization that Russia is waging a just and defensive war (as
the Turkish DIP comrade has just stated) against imperialism can only be born
of organizations that learned best from the method of Trotskyism, that were
born in the revolutionary defensism of Trotsky in his political battles against
the petty bourgeoisie within the Trotskyist movement at the beginning of the
2nd world war.
Now we are
on the eve of the 3rd world war and we find it necessary to strongly rescue the
revolutionary defense legacy, now that we need to unmask the imperialist war
propaganda, propaganda also propagated by the petty bourgeois and
pro-imperialist, pro-NATO and pro-AUKUS fraction of Trotskyism.
30 years
ago we were inspired by the IBT's audacious and defensive stance in August
1991. From 2008 onwards, the IBT capitulated to the pressure of Anglo-Saxon
imperialism and began to characterize Russia as an imperialist nation. But
Russia is a backward and dependent country. Russia's Gross Domestic Product

legacy of the pro-imperialist policy of Spartacism that failed to win over the
communists in the semi-colonies and for that reason he was organizationally
trapped in a kind of conservative sectarianism.
So, as we
understand in the LCFI, we need to understand the issue of the current war from
the point of view of revolutionary anti-imperialist defensism and the
conceptions of revolutionary permantism in the 21st century, as my comrade GM
from Argentina will better explain.
